From the moment I arrived at Rose and Caramel the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. There was such a lovely atmosphere, and rather than feeling like I was popping in for a quick appointment, it felt like a whole day’s experience in one place.

The highlight of my visit had to be the Japanese head spa. If you haven’t tried one before, consider this your sign to book yourself in.
From the moment I settled onto the massage bed, I knew I was in for a treat. Lying back and looking up at what felt like a sky full of stars, I was able to completely switch off and enjoy one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced.
It was the ultimate moment of escapism, and I genuinely could have stayed there all day. The whole experience felt so calming, making it the perfect way to take some time out from everyday life and properly unwind.

Of course, the pampering didn’t stop there. After my head spa, I had a blow dry, followed by my nails being done using Rose and Caramel’s own-brand products, before finishing the visit with an amazing spray tan, again using products from their own range.

For me, Rose and Caramel is so much more than a place to get your hair done or book a beauty treatment. It’s somewhere you can spend time looking after yourself, enjoy a little luxury and leave feeling refreshed from head to toe.
The Japanese head spa alone was worth the visit, but being able to follow it with a blow dry, a nail appointment and a spray tan made the whole experience even better. Add in the lovely staff, who made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout, and it’s easy to see why I’d happily make the journey again.
