Eating out might be feeling more expensive than ever, but a dining app that's already become a go-to for food lovers across Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester is giving people a reason to book that table.
EatClub has launched its biggest-ever consumer campaign, giving new members the chance to unlock up to £100 in dining credit to spend at participating restaurants.
Anyone who downloads the app and signs up before 31 July will automatically be enrolled in the £100 Challenge. Once activated, you'll have ten days to unlock the credit by dining at participating venues, with the app serving up real-time discounts at nearby restaurants during quieter trading hours.
Unlike traditional voucher apps, EatClub is designed to help both diners and restaurants. Venues use the platform to fill empty tables during off-peak periods, while diners can enjoy exclusive discounts without the awkward coupon codes or complicated offers. EatClub reimburses restaurants for the dining credit, meaning businesses still benefit from every booking.
The launch comes as the cost of eating out continues to rise across the UK, with restaurant and café prices increasing by more than 25% since 2022, according to the Office for National Statistics.
Already available across Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester, as well as London and other major UK cities, EatClub works with a growing list of restaurants, bars and neighbourhood favourites, helping people discover somewhere new while making dining out a little more affordable.
The £100 Challenge is available to new members who register before 31 July, with the dining credit redeemable over a ten-day period across participating restaurants.
