CORD by Le Cordon Bleu to Host Exclusive One-Night-Only Caviar Dinner with Kaviari


London's culinary scene is set to welcome an extraordinary gastronomic experience this June as CORD by Le Cordon Bleu hosts an exclusive one-night-only caviar dinner in partnership with renowned caviar house Kaviari.


Taking place on 5 June at the award-winning Fleet Street restaurant, the immersive dining event will showcase a specially curated multi-course tasting menu designed to celebrate the versatility and elegance of premium caviar. Created by Executive Chef Karl O'Dell, the menu will feature three exceptional caviar varieties woven throughout a series of innovative dishes that challenge traditional perceptions of the luxury ingredient.


Guests can expect a carefully crafted culinary journey beginning with Isle of Skye scallop tartare, followed by standout courses including Australian Wagyu served with tableside caviar service. The evening will culminate in a surprising and creative dessert pairing featuring Kristal caviar, demonstrating the ingredient's remarkable adaptability beyond savoury applications.


Adding to the interactive nature of the event, diners will enjoy live chef demonstrations throughout the evening, offering a behind-the-scenes insight into the techniques, craftsmanship and creativity involved in preparing each course.































Designed to explore caviar in new and unexpected ways, the dinner reflects CORD's commitment to innovation, education and exceptional dining experiences. An optional sommelier-selected wine flight will be available to complement the menu, enhancing the flavours of each dish and elevating the overall experience.


With limited tickets available at £155 per person, the event is expected to attract food enthusiasts, luxury dining aficionados and caviar connoisseurs alike, making it one of London's most anticipated culinary events of the season.
