Trinity Kitchen Welcomes Five New Street Food Vendors to Leeds This Autumn
Trinity Kitchen is serving up a fresh new line-up of street food traders this autumn, with five independent vendors bringing everything from Mexican tacos and American burgers to bao buns and authentic Thai flavours to the heart of Leeds.
The latest changeover sees El Piloto, Shoot the Bull, Ka Bao, Spuds ‘n’ Bros and Tikks Thai Kitchen join the popular food destination, offering plenty of options for lunch dates, after-work bites and weekend foodie adventures.
Making its debut at Trinity Kitchen, El Piloto is bringing Mexican street food to the mix, with fiery tacos, loaded fries and melt-in-the-mouth quesadillas. Expect juicy, tender halal meat topped with a choice of pickled onions, hot sauce, crispy shallots and more.

For burger lovers, Shoot the Bull is serving up its award-winning American steakhouse offering, including classic burgers made with wagyu beef patties, melted cheese and fresh salad in toasted buns. There are also gluten-free and dairy-free options available.

If you're after something a little different, Ka Bao is bringing its popular bao buns and gyozas to the line-up. With fillings ranging from spicy sriracha and Korean BBQ to crispy fried tofu, alongside vegetable gyozas served with dipping sauce and crunchy garnishes, there's plenty to explore.

Returning favourite Spuds ‘n’ Bros is back with its indulgent take on Canadian poutine. Think warm, crispy fries smothered in homemade gravy, with toppings including chicken, crispy onions and cranberry sauce.

Also making a welcome return is Tikks Thai Kitchen, serving authentic Thai dishes inspired by family recipes. From aromatic coconut curries to Thai fried chicken, it's a great option for anyone craving bold, East Asian flavours.

And, of course, no foodie outing is complete without something to drink. Northern Monk's Trinity Tap has everything from craft beers and premium wines to coffee and alcohol-free alternatives. Guests can also tuck into warm pies and pizza, whether they're stopping for a quick bite or settling in for a longer visit.

Speaking about the new line-up, Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said the aim was to bring together warming autumn dishes while keeping things fresh with options such as bao buns and tacos, offering visitors the chance to discover new cuisines alongside their favourites.
The new traders will be at Trinity Kitchen until 22 November, joining permanent favourites including Archie's, Rola Wala, Thatziki and Jerk Junction.
Whether you're in the mood for loaded fries, a seriously good burger or something new to add to your foodie list, Trinity Kitchen's latest line-up offers plenty of reasons to plan your next visit.
